Barnduster Gran Fundo Event Registration

I understand that by participating in The Barnduster, presented by Trail Butter, on June 7th in Sisters, Oregon, I am assuming all risks associated with theevent. 

I acknowledge that Trail Butter does not provide liability insurance for participants, as this is a non-competitive, self-timedeventwith no medical staff or spectators.

As a participant, I agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that cycling involves risks, including but not limited to, accidents, falls, collisions, and injuries. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in thiseventwith knowledge of these risks.

Non-Competitive Nature: I understand that the Barnduster Bike RideEventis a non-competitive communityevent. While I may track my time, I acknowledge that no time-specific prizes will be awarded.

Responsibility for Personal Safety: I agree to participate in the Barnduster Bike RideEventat my own risk and responsibility. I will abide by all rules and instructions provided by Trail Butter andeventstaff.

Release of Liability: I hereby release Trail Butter, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage to myself or my property that may occur during the Barnduster Bike RideEvent, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

No Pets Allowed: I understand and agree that pets are not permitted on the course during the Barnduster Bike RideEvent.

Photography and Publicity: I consent to the use of my name, likeness, and image in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional purposes related to the Barnduster Gran Fundo.

Agreement to Terms: I have read this waiverand fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.  I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by Trail Butter for The Barnduster. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement voluntarily and without coercion.

Proceeding with registration, acknowledges that I have read and understand this waiver and agree to its terms.
